Overview
Some products require high-temperature sterilization after packaging. A large number of water droplets adhere to the surface of the sterilized product packaging.The moisture on the packaging surface needs to be removed before packing.The packaged products to be dehydrated (bags,boxes,bottles) are Continuously placed on the stainless steel mesh belt of the air-drying assembly line with adjustable speed,and entered into the air hood in sequence,thereby achieving the effects of removing water,oil stains,scale,etc.from the packaged products.
Working Principle
The line consists of a conveyor belt, fan system, air duct, and drying chamber.
High-speed airflow passes over the products on the conveyor to remove moisture efficiently.
Temperature, airflow speed, and drying time are adjustable for different product types.
