USE

Process Flow
•Preheating Section – Gently increases product temperature to avoid shock
•Sterilization Section – Immerses product in hot water (typically 75–95°C) for a precise duration
•Cooling Section – Rapid cooling with water or chilled water to stabilize product and prevent overcooking
All stages use recycled water with automatic temperature control and circulation pumps.
